Old Mahabalipuram Road, officially Rajiv Gandhi Salai, is Chennai's IT corridor. It runs south from Adyar through Taramani, Perungudi, Thoraipakkam, Karapakkam and Sholinganallur towards Siruseri. Along it sit TIDEL Park, the ELCOT IT SEZ at Sholinganallur, SIPCOT IT Park at Siruseri and a long line of private tech parks and office towers. The offices here range from large campuses to startups taking their first few hundred square feet.
What OMR offices tend to need
Tech and services teams print less than they used to, but they have not stopped.
