What to send us
The fastest way to get an accurate quote is to send the printer model and the cartridge code. You will find the model number on the front or top of the printer, and the cartridge code printed on the label of the cartridge currently inside it. A clear photo of both on WhatsApp works just as well. Add the quantity you need, and whether the printer is black-and-white or colour.
Build a printer list once
Most offices have a mix of machines bought at different times: a colour inkjet at reception, a laser printer in accounts, a multifunction unit on the main floor. Keep a simple list of each model and its cartridge code. With that list, a reorder is just "the usual for accounts, two of the colour set for reception".
